Started Prozac for anxiety and depression, increasing from 10mg to 20mg after a week. Less than a month in, my mood has significantly improved; no more frequent crying, less stress, and no pre-menstrual depression. I feel calmer, more motivated, and optimistic. Initial side effects were mild nausea and fatigue, but they faded. Remember, medication effects vary from person to person.
